Terms of Service

StreetCred is a reputation management platform that helps businesses collect, monitor, and respond to customer reviews across multiple platforms. It is operated by Street Cred Technology Limited (Company No. 17281550), registered at 27 Front Street, North Shields, England, NE29 9LH, accessible at street-cred.co.uk and app.street-cred.io.

By creating an account and using StreetCred, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

StreetCred provides the following core features: aggregation of customer reviews from connected platforms including Google, Facebook, TikTok, Yelp, and Trustpilot; TikTok comment monitoring and AI-powered sentiment analysis of your own video comments; sentiment analysis and theme breakdown across all connected review platforms; tools to respond to reviews and comments directly from the StreetCred dashboard; review request and referral management tools; email notifications and reputation alerts. Features labelled Beta are provided without service level guarantees and may change or be discontinued.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a contract on behalf of the business you are registering to use StreetCred. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with others outside your organisation. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at team@street-cred.co.uk.

StreetCred operates on a subscription basis. Pricing and plan details are displayed at the point of purchase. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

We may offer a free trial period for new accounts. At the end of the trial period your account will require a paid subscription to continue. We reserve the right to modify or end free trial offers at any time. Beta access may be granted to selected users. Beta features are provided as-is and may change or be discontinued.

StreetCred allows you to connect third-party platforms including Google, Facebook, TikTok, Yelp, and Trustpilot. By connecting a platform you confirm that you are the authorised owner or administrator of the connected account, authorise StreetCred to access data from that account via the platform's official API on your behalf, and acknowledge that your use of connected platform data is also subject to that platform's own terms of service. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect and use data from any platform you link to StreetCred. StreetCred accesses only the data necessary to provide the service and does not store credentials beyond what is required for ongoing API access.

Where you connect your TikTok account, the following terms apply in addition to section 7: we access your TikTok data only with your explicit OAuth consent granted via TikTok's own authorisation page; we access only your own videos and their comments; we use your TikTok comment data for sentiment analysis and reputation management within your StreetCred dashboard only; we do not sell your TikTok data to third parties; we do not post, delete, or modify TikTok content without your explicit action; you may revoke our access at any time from Settings > Platforms; your use of the TikTok integration must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times; you must not use the TikTok integration to harass, spam, or engage in any behaviour that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines. StreetCred is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. We do not guarantee the continued availability of the TikTok integration, as it is dependent on TikTok's API access policies which may change.

You agree not to use StreetCred to: violate any applicable law or regulation; post false, misleading, or defamatory content; attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform beyond your own account data; interfere with or disrupt platform infrastructure; use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm any individual; circumvent any security or access controls; use the TikTok integration to harass, spam, or violate TikTok's Community Guidelines; use automated means to access the platform other than through our published API. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

StreetCred uses automated sentiment analysis to categorise reviews and comments including TikTok comments as positive, negative, or neutral. Sentiment analysis is provided as an indicative insight tool and should not be relied upon as a definitive or legally binding assessment of customer opinion. You remain responsible for reviewing and acting on feedback using your own judgement. Where StreetCred generates suggested review responses, these are AI-generated suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any response before it is published. We are not responsible for the content of responses you choose to publish.

Where StreetCred enables you to post replies to reviews on third-party platforms including Google, Facebook, and TikTok, you are solely responsible for the content of those replies. You must comply with the terms of the relevant platform when posting responses. StreetCred is not liable for any consequences arising from review responses you publish.

Where we operate a referral programme, rewards will be issued in accordance with the programme terms displayed at the time of participation. Rewards are processed via Stripe. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time. Fraudulent referrals will result in account termination.

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to StreetCred. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime or interruption. Third-party integrations including TikTok Brand Search may experience occasional gaps in service due to factors outside our control. Where a feature is labelled Beta, it is provided without service level guarantees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Street Cred Technology Limited (Company No. 17281550) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to us during that period. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

You agree to indemnify and hold Street Cred Technology Limited (Company No. 17281550) harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

All intellectual property in the StreetCred platform, including its design, code, and branding, belongs to Street Cred Technology Limited (Company No. 17281550). You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our written permission.

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email with at least 14 days notice before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
